Aes zip linux - Linux ZIP compatible with Winzip encryption?

I’m just wondering if there is a Linux utility that can open Winzip AES encrypted ZIP files.
My co-author can’t get PGP to work so he insists on using Winzip with AES encryption when we send files to each other.
If there isn’t then I’m going to go to his place and get PGP to work on his system.
Google searches came up empty, just a few articles from 2003 about the PKZip / Winzip encryption standards war.
