Postmortem confirms Ishmeet’s death due to drowning
LUDHIANA- The death of singing sensation Ishmeet Singh in a resort in Maldives on Tuesday was just a circumstances of drowning, a senior doctor stated today. ( Watch )
The post-mortem conducted on Ishmeet’s person suggested the 19-year-old singer died due to “asphyxia”, Dr Harvinder Singh, Senior Medical Officer of the Ludhiana Civil Hospital, informed reporters here.
The post-mortem was conducted by a commission of 3 doctors of the Civil Hospital subsequent to a apply for based on information from the bereaved family to determine the make of the death, he said.
Ishmeet’s viscera had been heard sent to laboratories at Kharar and Patiala’s Rajindra Medical College, the Senior Medical Officer said.
